This historic building in Downtown Phoenix was erected in 1931 at the corner of Central & Monroe Street and originally housed the Valley National Bank and a medical office. It sat vacant for two decades and was envisioned to become an upscale, 4-Star, major, historical, high-rise and the largest known limestone structure in Arizona.

After an extensive renovation, the hotel was opened in December of 2015 and renamed Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown. |
