Hilton's 2016
​"Conversion of the Year Award"

Mark Snyder, co-owner of Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc., received Hilton’s 2016 "Conversion of the Year Award" for the newly renovated Embassy Suites Resort Scottsdale from Hilton Hotels and Resorts.  This award follows a $25 million renovation of the prior Chaparral Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ consisting of 312 suites and 60,000 square feet of meeting space.

"Design of the Year Award" by Hospitality Design Magazine

In 2008, The Domain Hotel was presented with the "Design of the Year Award" in the Mid-Range Hotel Category by Hospitality Design Magazine. The award was given as recognition of the creative achievement for redevelopment of hospitality projects throughout the world. In addition to the Design of the Year Award, The Domain received an "Honorable Mention Award" for one of the finest remodeled hotels and restaurants globally.

The Domain Hotel, located in Sunnyvale, CA was previously a full-service Radisson. Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. and their partners along with a selected management company and design firm completed the $3.825 million renovation.
