This full-service Radisson was acquired by a joint venture formed by Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. in 2006, who located the hotel, negotiated the acquisition, closed on the hotel, selected a management company and design firm, and then oversaw a $3.825 million renovation after which the name was changed to The Domain Hotel.
In June of 2008, The Domain Hotel was honored to receive the "Design of the Year Award" for the Mid-Range Hotel Category by Hospitality Design magazine recognizing creative achievement in redevelopment of hospitality projects throughout the world.
Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. sold The Domain in December, 2014 delivering an above market return to our investors.
