Mark T. Snyder has been involved with commercial real estate dating back to 1995 when he began his brokerage career at Grubb & Ellis Company in Phoenix, AZ. He later joined the Boutique real estate brokerage company, MarCor Commercial Real Estate, which specializes in representing institutional grade investors and developers to develop, lease, and sell commercial properties.
In 2001, Mark joined Snyder Nationwide Real Estate to exclusively broker hospitality properties and became a partner in the firm. Mark brings the experience of working in a large commercial brokerage firm but enjoys the benefits of a more creative working environment.
In 2006 Mark personally sourced the Radisson Sunnyvale, California and put together the investment team to purchase the property. Acting as the Managing Member of the purchasing entity he oversaw the entire re-development, and then re-opened the property as The Domain Hotel. His renovation efforts of The Domain resulted in an International 1st Place "Design of the Year Award" from Hospitality Design Magazine for their Mid-range hotel category, and The Domain also received an "Honorable Mention Award" as one of the best remodeled hotels and restaurants in the world. This successful venture in The Domain’s renovation adds another dimension to our brokerage services--we are also hotel owners who understand the hotel business and all that is involved running and repositioning a hotel.
Another successful redevelopment that Mark has completed was the Embassy Suites Scottsdale Resort by Hilton. This property was awarded by Hilton the 2016 “Conversion of the Year” award.
